Travel Information

Students arriving between 9am and 6pm (GMT) and departing after 11am (GMT) from Stansted or Heathrow Airport have their transfer to CLAC included in the fees.

Any arrivals or departures outside these times will be treated as a private transfer and charged at cost price. The price will include a personal chaperone, parking and waiting time.

Preparing for your journey to attend CLAC:

A valid Passport or ID Card
A travel Visa (if you require one)
Your Certificate of Enrolment. You MUST carry this with you when you travel
A letter signed by your parents giving you permission to travel
Flights that arrive between 9am and 6pm and depart after 11am
Return airport transfers from Gatwick, Heathrow or Southampton
