Cottesmore School provides CLAC with a beautiful, safe, countryside home during the course, where we enjoy exclusive use of the school’s full board accommodation facilities within the main building as well as the on-site classrooms and fresh outdoors for CLAC’s integrated activity programme.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, break-time refreshments and evening hot chocolate are taken in the impressive oak-panelled dining room, reminiscent of the world of Harry Potter. The food is cooked on-site and is homely and plentiful. There are two hot choices at both lunch and dinner, a vegetarian option and a salad bar with bread and fresh fruit.

Individual dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, allergies or intolerances can be catered for if the CLAC office is notified in advance.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are separate for boys and girls. Students are placed with similar age groups and mixed nationalities in bedrooms from 4 to 8 students in order to encourage friendships and maximise language exchange. Cottesmore is a busy boarding school outside CLAC and most bedrooms have bunk beds, but they are all comfortable and clean and CLAC students love the camaraderie of sharing with old friends and making new ones. Bathroom and showering facilities are situated throughout the accommodation areas.

Included in the fees is a laundry service and also bed linen, which is changed once a week.
