Preparing for your Trip
After you have enrolled for your CLAC course you need to prepare for your trip.
Before leaving you will need:
- A valid Passport or ID Card
- A travel Visa (if you require one)
- Your Certificate of Enrolment you MUST carry this with you when you travel
- A letter signed by your parents giving you permission to travel
- Flights that arrive and depart on Sunday between 9am and 6pm*
- To Inform CLAC of your flight details via the online form below
- To pay your fees in full (at least 8 weeks before your course begins)
- To pack your suitcase. See your Student Handbook for a list of what you will need to bring
- To change some pocket money. Most students bring £50-£75 (GBP) per week for shopping, optional trips and souvenirs.
Students arriving and departing from Heathrow or Gatwick between 9am and 6pm will be transferred to CLAC free of charge.
Any arrivals or departures outside these times will be treated as a private transfer and charged at the following rates:
Gatwick: £100
Heathrow: £130
These prices are one-way and include parking and waiting time.
