Social Programme

The opportunity to practice English outside the classroom is a major part of the CLAC experience.  The social programme includes a wide variety of cultural, sporting and social events planned so that you can make the most of your stay in Cambridge. 

You will have the opportunity to visit Cambridge’s major tourist attractions, take part in British cultural activities, play a variety of sports and enjoy Cambridge’s international nightlife.  All activities are optional and students are free to organise their own trips and excursions if they wish.  CLAC staff will always be available to provide advice and assist with students’ plans.

Students also have the opportunity to travel outside Cambridge, with London, Oxford, Stratford, York and other historic English cities all within easy reach.
