In CLAC there is a wide range of activities: from sports to cinema, wide games to dancing, cooking to karaoke.
CLAC was founded in 1985 with the idea of bringing British and International students together for summer language classes to study side by side and experience natural language exchange. It is a unique idea that is still part of CLAC¹s ethos and drives what we do today. From the start CLAC has operated like a family, both in terms of management and the atmosphere of the summer classes.
The business is owned by mother and son team Anne and Will George. They manage the small CLAC office and deal personally with enquiries and enrolments. During the summer Anne and Will then direct the language classes and courses themselves, providing continuity and giving parents and students added confidence.
CLAC has grown over the last 25 years but the management ethos is to remain small enough to keep a family feel and provide personal attention to students. Although CLAC now has four locations, Anne and Will continue to direct the courses themselves ensuring that CLAC retains everything that has made it special for so many years.
